Administrative Officer
Bonnie Lee
Bonnie has been with Monarch Orthodontic Centre since day one where the team only consisted of five team members and one location; Since then the office has grown to over 40 team members and 4 locations. As the Administrative Officer, she manages a wide range of responsibilities ranging from doctor scheduling to patient communications.
Bonnie speaks many languages and helps with translation when language is a barrier. On her days off, she can be found exploring different restaurants in Vancouver with her family and friends. Her ultimate joy is seeing her daughter’s laughter and smiles.

Trang joined Monarch Orthodontic Centre as one of three scheduling
coordinators in late 2004 and now she is leading a team of over 15
administration and scheduling coordinators across our four locations. She plays an integral part in training our new scheduling coordinators
She loves seeing the offices grow over the years, and is especially happy seeing the positive effects of orthodontic treatment on our patients. In her free time, Trang loves exploring the beautiful mountains and lakes of BC, and camping in the wilderness.
Trang Pham
Clinical Team Leader
Agnes brings over 30 years of experience in the dental field. She is our kind, gentle and cheerful Clinical Team Leader. Her role primarily involves oversight of the orthodontic CDA and clinical assistant team. She has been with Monarch since the summer of 2005, almost celebrating 20 years with us!
She is dedicated to achieving excellent patient care, and loves to see our patients smiles. Outside of the office, Agnes enjoys traveling with her longtime partner in crime, her husband and spending time with her four charming sons. Her favourite thing to say after a day at the office is “I love my job!”

Monica Burton
Monica has been with Monarch since 2008. She started as a clinical assistant & lab assistant and eventually transitioned to a scheduling coordinator. In 2011, she was promoted to become the office team leader. With her experience, she works with Monarch Pediatric and Orthodontic doctors and team leaders at various locations on day to day office operations.
She is passionate about the team's safety and well-being. During her free time, she loves a good game of tennis, traveling to see beautiful British Columbia, exploring international cities, and relaxing on the beautiful Mexican beaches.
